The 10th Annual Halloween Masquerade Ball started Oct 20 and continues until the 23rd at Sunshine Daydream Memoral Park in Terra Alta, WV.  All Mighty Senators and The Big Dirty headline the ongoing concert, gate price $45. 

CharCon is on, as of noon Friday!  A weekend pass is $30, day passes for Friday and Sunday are $15 per day and Saturday can be had for $20.  If you don’t have any hot gaming skillz you can get a visitor’s pass for $5 and ogle all the hot gamer gals and guys while they square off!  Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School will be there Saturday night, starting at 8.

Sunday after church you can head down to Park Place Cinemas and partake of the Flashback Film Series; this week’s offering is The Shining, and you’re a tit if you don’t go see it!  Show starts at 4 pm and it’s only five bucks!  I hear Paranormal Activity 3 opens tonight at midnight – why not see them both?

I got a very colorful flyer in my mail today from the Seventh Day Adventists, inviting me to The Midnight Cry Prophecy Seminar, a lecture series concerning the rapture, etc.  All sessions are totally free, but they ask that you r.s.v.p.  If I’m done with Jack and Katie, I might head down – apparently, I can learn about the beasts found in the books of Daniel and Revelation!
