It’s not so new, this zombie shuffle…

Dearest Horror Fans,

I must most sincerely apologize for the prolonged hiatus. Life has been a bit chaotic for us Wayward Girls. Penny and Elle have been deeply involved with the wonderful Dr. Sketchy’s and Penny is also working wardrobe magic for the latest installment in the Porkchop franchise. Horrorful News Bites!

Tonight, The Empty Glass is hosting a screening of Porkchops, an Eamon Hardiman film starring our very own Penny Maple and Elle Xohmbeah.  Be there at 9:30 for an entertaining night filled with local horror comedy!  It’s only $5 for some kickass entertainment by The Tom McGees and the Dinosaur Burps in addition to the director’s cut screening.  Round out the evening by taking part in the Official Porkchops Drinking Game!  You won’t want to miss this!

Ghosties and Murder and Zombies! Oh My!

I’m always wary of new television shows.  I don’t want to get sucked into something that is just going to get cancelled.  I also don’t want to get my hopes up only to be disappointed.  So I pretty much didn’t even know about American Horror Story on FX until after it aired its first episode.  And I only happened upon it while browsing Hulu where the pilot episode can be viewed for free until October 31st.  Curiosity got the best of me and I clicked play before I even knew I was giving in.
